One of the ways we come alongside the courageous women and men who choose life for their unborn child, is by ensuring that they have what they need to care for their child as they navigate parenthood. We invite any parent or care-giver to participate in our Thrive Supplies program and receive FREE baby and maternity items for as long as they need! This program is completely DONOR FUNDED, and each beautiful item comes from individuals just like you.

Please drop off your donation of new or handmade baby and maternity items on Thrive’s Re-supply Day - the FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month from 10:00AM - 3:00PM.

We encourage you to come with your donation on Re-supply Day, but if that doesn't work for you, email Gracie at gracies@thrivemedicalclinic.org, or call us at 231-929-3488 to set up a different time to drop off your donations.

Out of town or short on time? Shop our Amazon Wish List to purchase our most urgently needed baby and maternity items and they’ll be shipped directly to us:

Thrive Supplies FAQs

  • → Brand new baby and maternity items that are either store-bought or handmade, as long as they are unused. For kiddos, we accept clothing and items for preemies up to 5T

  • → Diapers, wipes, and clothing! They are truly the basics of baby and maternity care. We want the best for our patients, so we also aim to keep these baby essentials in stock: wash/shampoo, lotion, pacifiers, bottles, and sippy cups.

  • → We are not able to accept certain types of items. Those are listed below. If we do accidentally accept these items as part of a bigger donation, we will then donate the items to a local, like-minded organization. These donated items stay in the community, we are just unable to give them out to our patients due to policy as a medical clinic.

    We are unable to accept:

    • Used items

    • Expired goods

    • Ingestible/oral medicines and medications (any taken by mouth)

    • Supplements or vitamins

    • Essential oils based products (other than soap or chapstick)

    • Car seat pillows (due to safety restrictions and concerns)

  • → We tell people looking to receive supplies that they can come as often as they want for as long as they need, thanks to the generosity of our donors! They don’t need to make an appointment to receive supplies, they can simply come in our front door during our Thrive Forward open hours for a walk-in supplies visit. A lot of the time, people come for diapers, wipes, and then clothes and/or baby hygiene products. Pregnant moms are able to come in for some maternity clothing outfits during their pregnancy, and postpartum care items as they prepare for and navigate the postpartum period.

  • Thrive Medical Clinic exists so that no one in our community has to face an unplanned pregnancy alone. We provide empowering information, tangible resources, and compassionate support to help them thrive. Our supplies program puts our “money where our mouth is”, and shows our patients that their community cares about them and their family, and they are not alone. Thrive Forward aims to help alleviate emotional and financial concerns, so that parents can focus on taking care of themselves and their families.
