Financial Stewardship

Funded by our Community, for our Community

Thrive Medical Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit medical clinic funded entirely through the generosity of our local community. We steward every gift with care, honoring the trust placed in us by our donors.

Because of this support, all of our services are provided at no cost to our patients. Many are deeply moved to learn that their appointment has been made possible by someone in the community who cares about them.

We do not receive government funding. This allows us to remain mission-focused and make decisions about services and care based on the needs of our community and responsible financial oversight.

2025 Financial Overview

  • Thrive remains 100% donor-funded.

  • 74% of expenses directly support patient services and programs.

  • Income increased 12%, while expenses rose 15% as we continued investing in expanded services and capacity. We remain committed to advancing our mission with disciplined growth and responsible financial stewardship.

  • A diverse distribution of income sources strengthens stability and reduces financial risk.

Planning for Long-Term Sustainability

Financial stewardship at Thrive extends beyond annual budgeting. Our Board of Directors provides active oversight of financial planning and reviews operating performance throughout the year.

We maintain disciplined budgeting practices, monitor growth carefully, and are committed to building long-term stability for the future of the ministry. Strategic priorities include strengthening operating reserves, maintaining our facility responsibly, and planning for sustainable program growth.

Our goal is not only to meet today’s needs — but to ensure Thrive remains a trusted, stable presence in our community for decades to come.

As Thrive approaches its 40th anniversary, we are prayerfully working toward paying off our remaining mortgage and strengthening long-term reserves to ensure future sustainability, and position us for impactful growth. Learn more about this milestone initiative and how you can be part of it.

Accountability & Transparency

We operate the ministry with integrity and transparency as demonstrated by our annual review process and financial reporting.

In addition to extensive internal financial controls, an annual review of our financial records is conducted by Tobin & Co. P.C.
